Quality First Inspection

A thorough, visual examination of the home
We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.
As Certified Professional Home Inspectors, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.
Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then we will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows.

The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

Tools & Technology

Leveraging the latest tech to see more
It used to be that a flashlight and a clipboard was all an inspector carried. Times have changed and we have access to cutting edge tools that make us more efficient and allow us to see more of the home.

We also provide advanced services like thermography and mold testing. Ask us about it when scheduling your inspection!

Clear, Concise Report

Understand the condition and get to the point
Our report is our product in many ways. That's why we've invested in modern reporting systems that incorporate photos and video into a dedicated webpage for each inspection. You can also download a PDF if you'd like to read a hard copy version.

Extra Protection

Protection beyond the inspection
Most home inspection reports point out that the condition of a home may change after the inspection and so they can't predict the future. While this is true, it doesn't help home buyers when a repair may be needed shortly after an inspection or a safety recall is issued on an appliance. That's why we provide a RecallChek report and several warranties with every inspection that cover items from structural and mechanical to underground sewer lines and roofs.
Customer Service is Our Highest Priority
Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and it’s a decision that will affect you for the years to come. This process can be extremely stressful and confusing and of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision.  A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and will help you make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection and feel free to ask the inspector any questions and/or doubts that you may have. The inspector will point out problems and explain them to you as he/she goes along. We don’t just focus on the bad things; we will also point out the good ones too. Besides that, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition so that you would gain the proper information and most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to keep it in optimum condition.

You’ll get a comprehensive and fully detailed report that is easy to understand supported by images and foot notes.
Armed with this information, your decision making will be easier.

What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical condition of a property.

A report is written, along with supporting photos and video of various conditions that were observed during the inspection. Issues discovered usually include the following components: observed condition, the implication of the condition, and a recommendation.

At times, further investigation by system specialists may be recommended. It is always recommended that qualified professionals make the repairs for any issue noted on a report.

When does the 18 month term begin?
The warranty term will begin once the warranty has been paid for, this usually ocurrs at closing.
What happens after I order the warranty?
You will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours with the invoice included. If we see that additional information is needed to process the warranty, we will give you a call.
Can the warranty be paid for at closing?
Yes, once the warranty is ordered, you will get a confirmation email with the warranty invoice. Additional Services

Mold Surveys

Mold is everywhere. We need it in our environment to break down our trash and organic material in nature. That said, we also want to make sure there are not abnormal levels of mold in our homes. There are three conditions that would warrant have a mold survey conducted in a home.

1. A musty scent is detected or damp areas were discovered on drywall or flooring.
2. A person living in the home has severe allergies, asthma, or has a suppressed immune system.
3. A prior water leak was disclosed, but no documentation exists to verify mold remediation.

If one or more of these is true about the home you are purchasing, we recommend having a mold survey conducted during the course of the home inspection.
This process takes about 30 minutes and lab results are available within two days of the survey. The accuracy of the results are guaranteed for up to $3,000 if mold is found within 90 days after the survey.

Infrared Thermal Imaging

Infrared imaging provides important information relating to otherwise inaccessible areas of a residential building. Infrared detects extremely small but crucial differences in temperature from one area of a house to another. These temperature variations show up on the camera’s view screen as “cold” or “hot” spots, which reveal hidden problems that often cannot be detected in the course of a traditional visual inspection.

These problems may include:
* Faulty wiring, breakers and fuses
* Hidden moisture intrusion
* The moisture sources of mold
* Pipe and duct work leaks
* Roof and ceiling leaks
* Foundation cracks
* Heat/energy loss
* Structural concerns
* Missing insulation
* Ventilation problems
* Moisture associated with termite nests
* Rats, mice and other pests

Why Perform Infrared Home Inspections? Combined with traditional home inspection techniques, the infrared inspection method reveals substantially more of the house than can be perceived by the naked eye and conventional inspection tools. Many things can't be be seen with only a flashlight.
Examples of infrared inspection applications:
